Each paper presented at the Conference must include at least one author who has registered for the Conference.
For papers accepted for presentation at the conference, full manuscripts (up to 8 pages) must be submitted by September 20, 2026, following the provided template.
The participation fees for the conference “ACOUSTICS 2026” for the different categories of participants (excluding the conference dinner) are as follows:

Note: HELINA members are considered those who are up to date (i.e., have paid their membership fees) for the year 2026.
Daily registration (day pass)

- Students: 10 €/day
- Regular registration: 20 €/day
Regular and student registration include access to all sessions, an electronic copy of the conference proceedings volume, a conference bag with supporting material, and coffee breaks.
Payment for conference registration for all categories will be made exclusively through the website.
It is reminded that in case of non-payment of the required fee, papers will not be accepted for presentation at the conference.

The cost of participation in the exhibition area is 400 euros (or 450 euros after September 20). The registration and payment procedure for exhibitors will be the same as described above.
