Each paper presented at the Conference must have at least one author who has registered for the Conference and each registered author can present up to two papers.

For those papers accepted for presentation at the conference, full texts (of a maximum length of 8 pages) must be submitted by September 15, 2024, which must follow the available template.

The cost of participation in the "ACOUSTIKI 2024" conference for the possible different categories of participants is as follows:

Day pass for people not participating at the conference (dinner not included).

Regular and student registration includes entry to all sessions, an electronic copy of the conference proceedings volume, a folder of accompanying materials and coffee breaks.

It is reminded that in case of non-deposit of the amount, the papers will not be accepted for presentation at the conference.

Finally, during the conference, an exhibition space is provided, which can be used by interested companies for the promotion of their professional and scientific activity. More information on the features provided is given on the relevant sponsor page. The cost of participating in the exhibition space is 250 euros. The conference registration and payment process for exhibitors will be the same as above.
